Returns Policy

We want you to love your new skincare as much as we do. If you don’t, that’s ok – you have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return your product, subject to the conditions below.

If you haven’t used the product, we’ll happily exchange it with another product of same value or greater value. Products are to be returned in its original brand new condition via sender’s preferred delivery mode & the cost borne by sender.

Unfortunately no refund or exchange can be given if you have used the product.

And we aren’t able to exchange or refund gift vouchers or promotional items.

If you’re not happy with your order, please tell us – we’ll try our absolute best to help.

Mocarine Marketplace PLT reserves the right of final decision if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

How much is shipping?

Malaysia – Standard shipping is FREE for orders of RM100 & above. Orders below RM100 will incur a RM10 shipping fee. Express delivery is available for RM15. 

International – We use Fedex on all international orders. Fees will be calculated upon checkout.

When will I get my order?

Your order will be shipped next business day and should arrive in 3 to 7 business days for Local Standard Shipping. International shipping usually takes 3 to 4 weeks. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery but we will provide you with the tracking information from the courier company.

How do I track my order?

Order status & tracking numbers will be emailed to you along a copy your invoice.

To ensure your goods are delivered promptly, please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete. Please also ensure that the nominated contact person is on-site to receive the goods. Delivery is typically between Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
